Priser vises i danske kroner inkl. 25% moms.

Prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and taxes are included.

Shipping
Fragt i Danmark koster 60 kr.
Det er også muligt at sende til følgende lande i udlandet:
Norge, Sverige, Tyskland, England, Spanien, Portugal, Frankrig og Italien.

Enkelt produkter kan ikke sendes med posten. Det vil fremgå af teksten under det specifikke produkt.

If you live outside one of the countries listes above, I would be glad to help you with shipping. Please send an email with your address + order nr. to hello@otakistudio.com and I’ll find the current shipping price, which you have to pay before I’ll send the package.

Pickup
Du har også mulighed for at hente din ordre i butikken. Jeg sender dig en mail, når du har lagt din ordre og så finder vi et tidspunkt, hvor du kan komme forbi.

If you want to skip shipping cost you are welcome to come by the studio and collect you purchase. Just click “pick up” at check out.

The physical shop is open by appointment.

Return policy
Return of an order must happen within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging. Buyer pays for shipping.

Please send an email to hello@otakistudio.com with information that your order is being returned.

If you want a refund or an annulment of your purchase you must return the product in an undamaged condition so that it can be resold. If the product is damaged you must pay for the decrease in value. When the product is returned in undamaged condition the total amount of buyers initial purchase will be transferred back.
